My already lowly opinion of Trivium was even lower after reading the above 2 posts. Never thought it possible.

The lighting to In Waves was comparable to a gaggle of hipsters running around with glowsticks in a movie theater with 200 strobe lights and Computer Soldier Porygon playing on the big screen

Challenging at most. If you save your Overdrive 'till then, you should be able to pass the song.

Oh, I passed it first time no problem, just can't keep a combo at the end of that solo, it's the only thing stopping me from getting Gold Stars on Guitar, by the time I reach that part I'm about 4k off from the GS cut-off I think.

In the old days I would say if a song contains a part that would make even most non-casual people fail out it should be devil tier, but since failing doesn't really exist anymore I've revised my standards.

The same can be said for most non-metal devil tiered songs

This is the week of the guitar loltiers. We Built This City get s Devil Tier, but Ghost of Perdition does not? I don't think either should! Hell, I wouldn't say any of these are devil-tier this week. But still a great week for guitarists everywhere.

Some serous miss-tiering this week. The drums on GoP are undertiered, the guitar and drums on OtBoA are both overtiered on guitar and drums, and WBTC is overtiered on guitar. Also some odd solo placement on guitar on OtBoA.

Ghost of Perdition is also less hard on keys than We Built This City, which isn't actually the mmusically worst song this week as everyone would have you believe.

I am gobsmacked by how much DT dropped the ball this year.
