Gin Blossoms was revealed as an extra artist from the Rock Band twitter account a couple weeks ago, presumably because they delayed the June title update (where no DLC was scheduled for release) by a week. That would seem to suggest it'll be two Gin Blossoms songs on May 31 and a Warrant and a Twisted Sister song next week.
These songs will be removed from the Music Store in The Beatles: Rock Band on May 5.

You know the drill -- if you own any of these songs, you can keep playing them, and this doesn't affect those songs for you.
If you've got an extra $50 or so, now's the time to get these songs. They won't be playable in any other Rock Band title.

As always, first party timelines can make the date the songs are removed from the store fluctuate a bit. If you don't want to live in a world where you don't own these songs, I'd pick them up sooner than later so you don't miss out.
Also as always, if you own any of these songs, you can keep playing them, this change doesn't affect songs already bought.
This week we’re kicking it up with three new country tunes coming to the Rock Band 4 library from artists Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, and Sam Hunt! Get rocking with “Going Country Pack 09”!
“Blown Away” by Carrie Underwood features soaring vocals from the star singer, especially towards the end of the track, that drive narrative within the song itself. The song builds for all instruments, with every part becoming more interesting and climactic as the song progresses. Our animations team even used light changes and color schemes to emulate the feelings of a building storm as the intensity increases throughout the entire song.
Balancing the electric rhythm guitar throughout, the guitar lead chart in Luke Bryan’s “That’s My Kind Of Night” is authored to the banjo during most of the song. This results in a consistently fun chart, and can be especially difficult during the choruses. Vocalists are going to love this track for its great 3-part harmonies as well, while light changes are cued along with the lyrical rhythm and strong beat.
Drums authoring for “House Party” by Sam Hunt is energetic and emulates energy with rhythmic beats sprinkled into the track. The choruses for guitar are full of fun HOPO licks, plus two incredibly catchy guitar solos are enjoyable for folks on any difficulty tier. Vibrant party colors can be seen during the song, as our animations team focused on light and filter combinations to produce this effect.
The “Going Country Pack 09” can be purchased for $5.49. Tracks are available individually for $1.99 each.
