Im trying to decide between four songs. How would you rate them in terms of 1. best songs 2.most fun to play 3. the one I should buy.

Feel free to put in reasons.

I don't mind recommending songs, I'm just a little confused by the question.

I believe his question is, he would like recommendations on how each song is, so someone could decide for him which is worth his points.

If you want my personal recommendations:

Hysteria - killer guitar/bass, interesting drums, good vocals
More Than A Feeling - same as above
Limelight - Really shines on drums, great for bass, less great for guitar but still good
Don't Look Back In Anger - a good slow song with interesting instrument work for each

Those songs are just fun all-around.

What instruments do you play and how good are you?

Scratch that, I'm just gonna say: If you are *really* good, pick up Hammerhead. If not, "Just what I needed"

I suggest Afterlife if you want a challenge. That song is really fun on drums.

If you want an easy, fun song, you could pick up one of the songs from The Grateful Dead.

Iv been playing GH since it came out, so I'm pretty good on guitar, as in I have 5 starred every song on the tour.

I look for a song that is a challenge or just fun to play (Wonderwall), but still a good song (like I cant stand Rush, so I'll never buy Limelite), and sometimes just a crowd pleaser from when I have friends over. I bought Afterlife and The Perfect Drug last, so Im looking for a crowd pleaser mostly now.

I'd say go with Just What I Needed, it's a great crowd pleaser.

Also, if you like playing Wonderwall, you've probably really like Don't Look Back In Anger. I hardly ever play Wonderwall anymore because of how awesome Don't Look Back In Anger is, and I had never heard it before Rock Band.

Never diss Rush. Ever. Or else I will break your GH game in half.

Nah it's okay if you don't like them. But I suggest you start to play drums now. Then you might appreciate Limelight more.

As for Guitar songs. The only one I can think of right now is My Sharona. I like it because it has fun drums, but it has a hard solo. You might like that.

I play drums on expert as well, I just can't pass 9 tiers, and some 7 and 8's.

And I only have one problem with Rush. They have awesome riffs and awesome drums. I just can't get over how aweful the singer is. I think he has one of the most annoying singing voices in the business, other then the guy from Pearl Jam and some emo bands.

Also, I decided to bite the bullet and just finally buy 1600 more points.

I love the singer's voice. I don't find it annoying. But then again, I'm a Rush fan.

Eh.. I dunno. I have a friend that's really into them that tried to get me to listen to them and I never liked it. Plus the covers are usually even worse.

Now I have the opposite predicament. I can buy four more songs. I bought the four I was thinking about buying Hysteria and Dont Look Back In Anger, which were awesome suggestions. Also Message in a Bottle.

I reccomend Rock 'n' Roll Star. Oasis FTW!



EDIT: After lookin at songs you own I also reccomend Action(great if you need a queenish fix), I fought the Law, and Time sick son of a grizzly bear (great fun if you want to get into singing)
