Rubber Soul and Revolver are definitely not the same thing!
Rubber Soul was more of a dip into Folk-rock/Soft-rock, while Revolver was just them experimenting with everything.
Oh, and Revolver > Rubber Soul.

They probably won't. It's not unheard of that a game goes a year without DLC and then it magically gets some. But they've shown no indication to even address the possibility and they're probably hoping we'll forget about it and move on.
There are so many great songs that aren't in this game...
