You have to buy the whole Pixies album (14 songs) and the weezer pack. Thats 17 songs. So you have spend $23 on DLC. Still not bad for 17 songs though.

Still stands at Twilight Princess for single player, and Brawl for multiplayer. Mario Kart is a runner up though (I just got tired of it). Prime 3: Corruption was a great single player game but was only worth playing once.

Not true, Pixies album is like 18 bucks for the entire album and the Weezer pack is $5.50.

So 23 bucks. Which is still a lot, but only about 2/3rds of your estimate.

Money well spent, IMO. I had all the DLC up until the "lame" pack that included Kool Thing. I still haven't picked that up and all the European tracks, but I'm sure I will at some point.

I've bought everything except the Thrash pack... for two reasons, one, I hate the music, and two, I'd never beat them on Guitar, so why would I want to own songs I hate that I couldnt beat?

But yes, I'll be buying both the Weezer Pack and Doolittle, but I doubt I'll be able to play much of Doolittle Tuesday Morning... what with all the Weezer I'll be playing.

Personally, whenever I buy points, I go to work and get 15% off the 4000 points card... so it end up being 43 bucks instead of 50... and I've still got 2050 MSP from my last card, so I'm set untill the first week of July...

I hate heavy metal. People screaming like they are on fire is not my type of music.

Right now I've got 3230, So I'm pretty good. I would LOVE to see that Offsping track pack right after this Tuesday.

I'll be up from 5am-7am EST. when Doolittle and the Weezer tracks are released so if anyone wants to play, friend request me and send me an invite. I'll play Guitar and Bass or we can switch off :)

Metal is awesome. Priest, Maiden, Metallica, Sabbath, Pantera, etc...

But this new thrash metal stuff is just noise. I know I sound old when I say that, but its true.

"Hey, we are going to play the same three chords as fast as and as hard as possible, we want you to hit the bass pedal as fast as you can, and then just slam on random drums... and we just want you to scream nonsense. We are gonna be AWESOME!"

Contrary to popular belief, noise can be pleasant to listen to. This is what I like to call "good noise". The best example I can think of right now is the new NIN song coming to Rock Band that was leaked from MTV, "Burn". I really don't think most people are going to like it, and I'm aware that it's mostly just noise, but it's good noise and I enjoy it.

Bad noise is stuff no one likes to listen to, like nails on a chalk board or Hillary Clinton.

I like most noise, but I hate people screaming and thinking that is good lyrics. You could listen to me rip apart my guitar or try to break my drumsticks over my drumset while I'm screaming "AHHAHAHAhIMAFLABBERGODISADEVILLALALALAOMGIFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK !!!" for three minutes. I would call my band Heavy Beastle. That's a combination of Heavy Metal and Beast.

Yeah, but lyrics and screaming are two different things. They could be the most awesome lyrics in the world, you just wouldn't be able to understand them.

By the way, if anyone wants a really good example of good noise, check out the last 30 seconds of "The Beginning of the End" by Nine Inch Nails. Trent Reznor probably doesn't mind if you pirate it.

I like other noise other than NIN, but NIN is my favorite.

I don't like noise, but NIN is probably my least favorite. There's a bad review for "The Perfect Drug" because if no one did it on real drums, why should someone have to do it on Rock Band drums? At least most noise bands tried to make music instead of relying a lot on machines like NIN. And lol at Hillary Clinton.

Trent Reznor is a composer, and he works closely with computers. Occasionally he creates something that can't be reliably reproduced by real instruments, but that doesn't make it bad music.

The drum chart for Rock Band isn't even close to impossible, in fact someone FCed it 2 weeks after it was released. It's not such an unreasonable chart when you dumb it down to only four drum pads.

I know, but it ruins the fun to know that the sound is being produced by a machine.
