Looking forward to the rest of the setlist reveal since they literally can't reveal anything worse!

As I've never played amplitude, I'm confused as to how this will play with a controller. Video looked like a mess to me, but I like that the music will transfer to RB and vice-versa and once I figure out the gameplay it may be a nice change of pace at the end of a long drunken Rockband night! :)

Each track has 3 lanes, probably corresponding to X, Y, and B. You play a track until you reach a certain goal, then you'll (probably) press left or right trigger to switch and reach goals on other tracks.

Cool that DLC is cross compatible, it'll be something I can play when I'm stationed at a military base where fake plastic instruments are probably frowned upon.

Also the same way(or very similar to) that Rock Band Unplugged played

It looks like there are only two buttons. Not gonna work for a game like this.

Damn, you're right. I don't see how this could be very interesting with only 2 buttons per instrument. Didn't RB Unplugged have 4?

Well it's designed to be more of an arcade experience, and those typically had about two buttons. Really, we need to wait and see when the game comes out. And let's face it, people are more interested in the setlist then the game.

Yeah. Actually, I got it not that long ago to see if it would port to the Vita, which it didn't. So I just used the PSP. It was fun enough. I had also played LRB on the DS, and also had fun, although the songs were significantly shortened.

Three buttons could work for this game (FrequeTude) but two?

Also be interested to see how compatible other content is. Can I use Constant Motion to break to guitar chart?

They probably have something planned for songs like that so that they are figuratively impossible, instead of literally impossible. Most things about this game are going to be unknown until the game is released.

Also, with Quiet Riot checked off, we now need Extreme, Twisted Sister, and Scorpions to finish off hair metal in the game. Don't disappoint us, Harmonix.

They're making Minecraft $20 and $20 is the max for Xbox Live games so I don't see how it could be anything else

Eh, I'd pay 20 bucks simply because I don't need to pay bills yet.

2) Rolling In The Deep has to counteract the shitpuke known as "Pumped Up Kicks."

I'd say that Pumped Up Kicks makes up for the shitpuke known as Rolling in the Deep. But each to their own.

Anyway, this looks pretty cool. The five announced songs are a bit of a mixed bag though. I love Pumped Up Kicks and Jessie's Girl, but I really don't care for the other three. Ah well.

Pumped Up Kicks will be in RB3 DLC later then. Also, QUIET RIOT?!
