Promised Land       TheRiversCuomo
Ok, if you are only stopping to consider downloading this one because you wonder if you will like the sound? Just... go download this. Think of it as Guns N Roses meets (old) Motley Crue meets Spinal Tap.

This songs guitar chart seems like its going to be a bore, and it starts out not so hot. But you keep playing, because the song is awesome.

Then, it hits you. The greatest solo a free song could ever have to offer. Its cascades at its finest. The solo was so much fun to play, I had to actually go back and play this song again before I moved on to the other tracks that came out this week.

Another plus, the nice, long, Big Rock Ending at the end, for the solo guitarist, this will make up some of the points you missed out on during that wicked solo.

This is the best free DLC that has EVER come out for ANYTHING. This honestly is worth every one of the 31mb's it takes up of your hard drive. Go download this NOW.

I really cant give this one the same glowing review I gave the drum chart. But once again, Harmonix did what they could. I think we all saw this one being the dud of the album before it even came out. The only reason you should have this song (if you dont need the Flawless Drumming achievement) is because it was pretty much free with the rest of Doolittle.

Its pretty damn average. I wouldnt recommended it if you are picking and choosing songs off the album, but it wont be awful to play if you are just buying the whole album. Some tricky alt. strumming and a weird solo keep this one moderately entertaining.

Its a pretty good song, but what I really think its good for is a good training tool for players moving up from med-hard or hard-expert. Its got plenty of different styles of play, from cascades, to quick ho's and po's, to really quick strumming. Its not hard by any means, and most serious guitar players will just have an ok time with it, but players looking to move up should use this song as practice.

Inside the Fire       TheRiversCuomo
AMAZING. This was actually my least favorite of the three Disturbed songs going it, but it comes out at my favorite. Not a dull moment to be had here, a short but challenging solo leads into some great finger-picking that rivals Hysteria's Bass Track. FUN FUN Song, if you only get one song from the week of 6/3, make it this one if you are a solo guitarist.

Just a flat out fun song. VERY heavy on the Power Chords, but still very fun nonetheless. I cant wait to Gold Star this song, its a tad on the easy side, but still a great warmup song. This is a must buy for both solo and parties.

Countdown To Insanity       TheRiversCuomo
Wow, if it weren't for Muse this week, this would hands down be the best song of the pack. Its a GREAT song, with a simple but addicting note chart. Its relatively easy, but this is just another example of a easier song being incredibly fun (last weeks Train In Vain is another example of this).
