Remember this song from Tony Hawk's Project 8? I sure did, and it was by far the best song in the game. Now that it is in a music game, it is even better, as quite frankly, THP8 wasn't really that good of a game.
Aaaanyways, let't talk about the chart. It starts off (and continues) with the main riff that is easy, but fun enough. Between each riff there is a verse with only singing and "guitar" (seriously, you can HEAR the bass playing in the background when there is no bass notes and alot of guitar notes), but the riff is interesting enough to make you continue without falling asleep.
But suddenly, a BASS SOLO! I am not kidding, a awesome bass solo, ladies and gentlemen! Ok, it consists mostly of insanely fast strumming, but it's still fun as hell! After the solo it goes back to the old riff, but during the outro it goes off to another riff that sounds alot like the bass-lines in the background you never get to play during the rest of the song.
Why this is considered a bass track, I have no idea, but I don't care. It's really fun and gives a great challenge to people that usually FC's most bass songs.
Pros: Bass solo, catchy as hell, nice riff
Cons: It's alot harder than Harmonix claims |
