This will be going Down (Down) as a pretty cool bassline! Poinkish
The bassline for "Down" kind of mirrors the Guitar chart, instead focusing on strumming single notes instead of the chord heavy strumming the Guitar chart offers.

It shares a similar beat, focusing on steady single note strumming. It's the pacing, and the switching up and down that makes the bassline of "Down" better than most other songs of it's ilk. For the songs running length it never feels too repetitive, and it's fully engaging throughout.

A strong, balanced bass chart, worth a look for you bassists out there!

Chordgasm! Poinkish
I'm not a big fan of chordy songs usually, they tend to get pretty repetitive, and don't stray away from a certain pattern throughout, but "Down" is one of those Chordy songs that actually does a fair bit to differentiate itself from other, similar songs.

If I was to compare this song to another song that's already in Rock Band. I'd have to compare it to "Crawling In The Dark". Almost all of the song is chord heavy, but it throws in different chords throughout, always switching up, and even throwing in some chord hammer-ons, even stretching as far as Green and Orange.

Overall, there's never a dull moment in this song, and I'd recommend this to any Guitarist.
