If you've ever played Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4, you'll recognize this song immediately. It's a catchy little Irish-punk tune that's only $1.
The guitar isn't very varied, with the main riff being a combination of slightly-fast single notes mixed in with a few sections of 3-10 notes of alt-strumming sections. The chorus is just a few single notes and some sustains and some alt-strumming, while the part following the chorus has a 2 note alt-strum "sweep" I'd guess you say across the fretboard.
Personally I would have preferred the studio version, but this live recording's pretty decent and the vocals are pretty tolerable to listen to.
The chart isn't terribly difficult, but it is a bit tricky with the strum pattern. More importantly though, this chart is pretty fun overall thanks to the fact it's not just continuous alt-strumming, and for a buck is most definitely worth the buy. |
