Hold my yellow, please! moopuns
God damn, I was a bit bored here. It's nothing short of ordinary, though a decent track. All I had to do was hold yellow-based chords!
The solo is good for hammer-ons, however the trill lane broke my FC sightread, so there's that...

Dammit, forgot to write my review. Well, here we go. Jessie's Girl is one of the best songs of the 80s, and was due in Rock Band for a long ass time. Now that it's here, it a damn strong track that never reaches amazing.

You start off with a chord pattern, with a decent amount of variation. It stays like this for a while until the chorus starts, which is based on the red note, with a good amount of movement to different chords. The one annoying part is when three note chords come in, which hurts your fingers to play, and it just feels awkward. I feel this should have been charted differently.

You play those two patterns alternating until you reach the bridge, where you play different chords based on the green fret. Afterwards, you play the main riff, now infused with three note chords, followed by the chorus, until you reach the solo. It's a classic solo, and it's filled with some great sections, though there are parts that can trip you up. Afterwards is just the chorus until the song ends.

Overall, the song is pretty fun, but not perfect, and at times, the charts feels wrong for the song, making it harder than it should be. How I got an FC first try, I have no idea. But overall, it's definitely a fun song, and it's great to listen to, so there's that.
