So imagine playing a traditional four minute long song on drums. Now imagine that the entire song is this pattern, with no variation or fills whatsoever.
RY (R= red)
Y. (Y= yellow)
BYBB. (B= bass petal)
That already sounds like a pretty bad drum song, right? Okay, now imagine that the speed of the notes is 8 NPS. Now it sounds repetitive and tiring, just for a four minute long song. Yeah, this song is ELEVEN minutes long, of doing that exact same pattern over and over again, with no fills, little variation, at 8 NPS. It's tiring, torturous, and whoever charted this is a complete disgrace. Adding insult to injury, after your hands are tired, you are given a ridiculously long BRE that drags on for too long and makes you wear yourself out even more. I like BREs unless they're randomly placed in a song (see RB1), but this just feels like a punch in the stomach.
Not to mention it's not even charted correctly. It should only be at 4 NPS, removing the two single yellow notes inbetween. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that this song is wildly overcharted. It wears out your hands so quick, and bootlegging is a must unless you feel like going to the doctor with a case of a hurt wrist/hand/arm/brain. Even a disco beat would've been more appropriate, just look at songs like The Look and E-Pro. They have disco beats and they aren't anywhere near the note speed this is at.
The only reason I would say to get this song is because it comes with the RB:AC/DC on disc game, so you might as well I guess. Avoid it at all costs and make sure only one thumb is up on this song in your library.
Final verdict it's not fun, it's repetitive, it's tiring, it's unpleasant to play, it's too long, and ultimately it's one of the worst drum charts in the history of Rock Band. Go play guitar for this song instead, or choose a different song.
