How on earth is this not a Gold Star rating on this site? When I originally downloaded this song years ago this was easily the most fun I've had on any rhythm game for all instruments.

Yes it is confusing, but it's also one of the most unique and limb independence driven songs in the entire game. And it's incredibly fun.

The chart almost never stops with an almost constant off beat snare along with random bass hits and double kicks that make for an entertaining main beat. Mix this with the occasional fill, a couple double strokes here and there and you have the makings of a very unique and amazing chart that's easily one of the best in Rock Band.

Simply Outstanding Bass Karmeleaux
The official genre of the Stone Roses is Madchester. You can tell with a name like that it's got to be awesome, dumb, or some combination of the two.

Regardless of what you think of the song, the instrumentation falls into 'awesome' for me. It's always hard to describe the best basslines in detail because there's so much going on, and this is up there.

But suffice to say every rhythm involves a good amount of variation, movement, and HO/POs, and it's simply one of an absolutely blast to play with no real down points.

If you enjoy bass on any level, you should enjoy playing this song. I'll just say it like that.

Nothing else in the game is quite like this drum chart. It actually kind of makes my head hurt, it uses bass in confusing ways and forces you to do some odd stuff. If you're looking for something out of the ordinary and challenging then this is a good song. However, even though it's a good challenge I don't find myself wanting to play it that much on drums.

This is a very trippy song. The vocal track is very smooth and relaxing, almost hypnotic. When it fluxuates its pitch it does so pretty slowly, so it's not that hard to sing even if you've never heard it. The lyrics are pretty engaging and interesting as well.
