Starts strong, but ends with a whimper. Saint Harri
First off, Give Me Novacaine is one of my favorite songs ever written, and definitely in my top 5 by Green Day. The song sets a mellow, thoughtful, non-energetic mood. Unfortunately, She's A Rebel, the unskippable follow-up track for the song, feels totally different and is such an odd transition. It's a much faster, upbeat, poppy (and in my opinion, nowhere near as good) song and has no business being combined with the Give Me Novacaine even if the actual album has them back to back.

If you have the Green Day: Rock Band songs, you'll obviously have this since it's part of the game, but I thought a review was necessary for this. You might like both or just one of these songs, but there's no denying there is just an awful transition here, it does not flow in any way and totally ruins the mood. Give Me Novacaine is still a wonderful song to sing and play though, so I'll give it 4 stars.
