Glasses are raised, my interests are not. PuppetMasterIX
The only positive thing I can say about this song is that it's only the second worst P!nk chart on Bass (with the first being the god-awful "Get the Party Started"). When the only positive word-of-mouth that can uttered about this is that it only almost contends with the bottom of the barrel, you know something's wrong, and not "in the right ways" as P!nk describes.

It's pointless to talk about the verses and bridge, because (shocker) you do absolutely goddamn nothing in these sections.

The only sections of note are the three choruses, and to their credit, they at least try to intersperse the full fretboard into play (unlike "Get the Party Started", which only contained two f*cking frets). But of course, that does not qualify this part as being exciting. All that goes on in each of these choruses is a series of sustains, and while the sustains aren't mind-numbingly long like my description implies, these series each follow a pattern that gets boring quickly (2 on fret 1, 2 on fret 2, 4 on fret 3; repeat). The song never deviates from this pattern, meaning the song as a whole gets boring fast even when the blank space isn't taken into account.

This is definitely the bottom of Bass's barrel in the Blitz setlist. Unless you're going for an FC, stay away.

Boring RBAddict666
This is probably one of the most boring bass charts I've ever played. After 45 seconds of nothing you finally get bass to play but they are just simple short sustained notes. After another 30 seconds of blank space, you get the same notes again. Then there's another 25 seconds of blank space followed by playing the same notes over and over again. The whole song consists of easy sustains and a lot of blank space. I cannot understand how HMX thought this was a tier 2. This surely should've been a 0. Unless you're going for an FGFC on bass, don't play this song.

Underrated Dr Sardonicus
This chart was a big surprise for me. Like most people, when I heard Raise Your Glass was on Blitz, I didn't expect much. I thought it would be a Moves Like Jagger type deal where it's only fun on vocals. Luckily, it surpassed my expectations.

You start off with the main riff, which is composed of lots of chords moving across the fretboard, with muted alt-strumming in front of some of the notes. Not only did I find this part pretty fun, it actually managed to break my combo fairly often, which I did not expect from a P!nk song. You play the same pattern until the end of the verse, where you play a three note chord. While it's fun, it does get repetitive, and it would have been hilarious if they charted the "nwow nwow nwow NWOW" to the guitar.

After this is the chorus, which will trip a lot of people up. You play three note chords. Lots of them. With a lot of movement. With muted single notes ahead of them. If you're not quick with your fingers, you'll lose your combo a lot. I certainly did. After another repetition of the verse aand chorus, you play a bridge of sustain chords. Then you play the chorus until the end of the song.

Overall, I thought this was a pretty good chart that doesn't get a fair shake. It's no "Shine", but I thought it was pretty fun for what it is, and definitely better than Moves Like Jagger or Stronger. I'd play it again.
