I wanted Dead! Dr Sardonicus
Both MCR songs we've gotten before in Rock Band were extremely fun to play on guitar, so when I heard that another MCR song was coming on Blitz, I got excited. What I got was not what I hoped for.

You start out with a lot of sustains. Since this is one of their "sad" songs, it's based more on piano, with guitar handling background duties. For the first minute, all you do is hold these really long, boring sustains. Afterwards, you get to the chorus, which consists of blue sustains, moving down to the yellow for two notes before returning back to blue. After this, the next part of the chorus is sustains moving around the fretboard, which is a lot more fun, but still not fantastic.

For the second verse, there's more going on, with ambient hammer-ons coming up a lot. This is followed by another chorus, which is largely the same. After this a bridge of more sustains, followed by a solo that's 70% strum lanes. I usually don't mind strum lines, but when they're this often, it gets annoying. After this is the repeated chorus, and an outro where you don't play. I didn't hate this on guitar. But I didn't like it. It's sort of not annoying enough to be horrible, but not fun enough to replay. It's a pretty weak chart.
