Boring on Pro Keys, too vct
Stay clear of this song if you only play keyboard. You basicaly play the same easy notes for the whole length (which is long) over and over. It's no fun to play because you hardly hear what you play and add nothing to the song.

Easy song to get the 500 Pro Keys Streak achievment though....

Regular keys: Over and over and over.... Marwood87
You know, snake patterns in charts aren't so bad. They can be challenging and fun if implemented at the right time with the right length.

Likes: you're doing something at least..

Dislikes: no variety whatsoever, zero replay value, boring

This chart is bad. You don't even need your whole hand to play this one. Just three fingers. You're basically doing a pattern of R,Y,B,Y,R etc. for almost the entire song. They do change it up by switching it to Y,B,O,B,Y but it's the same repetitive pattern.
Solo keyboardists should stay away. Even if you're huge fan of Cheap Trick I recommend skipping this one and saving yourself some money.

Having just played this song on Standard Expert Keys I can see why this song is rated extremely low. The song starts off with a snake pattern that goes from green to red to yellow and then back to red and green again. This pattern continues for the next 15 or so seconds. After that the notes move up the board where you are now playing another snake pattern going from red to yellow to blue then back to yellow and then red again. The problem with this song is that the ENTIRE SONG is the same pattern over and over again. It's extremely easy to play but it gets boring after playing the same notes after the next 2 or so minutes non-stop. Finally the notes move up the board again. However you are still playing the exact same pattern but going from yellow to orange this time. Like what the other reviews say, if you are only a Keyboard player, skip this song.

Fun fun fun. Person-Man
I've said it once, ill say it again. Cheap trick can do no wrong! This song proves it.

This is one of the more difficult cheap trick songs, it was my sight read tho.

This song is high threw out most of the time, it is challenging, but in a fun way. (I was dancing around while playing this). The "Surrender" parts of the song are what really got to me, and it felt to me that what i was hearing was not what i was supposed to sing. It felt to low.

The chorus is the easiest part of the song staying mid high all the time, smooth and easy.

I don't feel that this is a very good solo song, I don't really see myself playing this again unless I'm with a band so the replay value for me is low.

All in all, great song, fun to sing, Only replay value (For me) would be with a band and not solo.

I give this song a 4.9999/5
