Mick Fleetwood may be a very talented drummer, but this isn't his best song by far. It's kept out of Polly territory, but that isn't saying a lot. You play a hi-hat roll for at least half the song, followed by more hi-hat, this time with bass on every first note. The song attempts far too late to spice things up with an alternating ride/hi-hat pattern with a small snare roll now and then, but dies down into a common rock beat by the end with momentary ride hits. The end of the song shows potential, but unfortunately, it doesn't last, and comes far too late into an overly boring song. |
