Eastern US timezone.

Weekday sessions limited to times between 6:00 and 9:00 PM, usually no more than an hour per session.

Weekend session times are random, 9:00 PM cutoff on Sundays.

I do not play every day, but try to play at least twice each week in addition to Saturdays and Sundays.

I will not typically pick Metal, as it's not my favorite genre and my drumming skills on Expert are not usually adequate for a number of nightmare/impossible songs.
