5. Weekly vocalist / bassist (and occasional drummer) on Dogmatic's weekly Rock Band DLC videos.
Here's a couple of things I look for in bandmates:
1. Have a microphone, so that I can communicate with you.
2. I like to play with a group of 3 or more.
3. I prefer for you to be on expert, although if you can't play expert I prefer that you not play it so that I don't have to save you.
4. Know how to use overdrive. Energy hoarders and selfish overdrive users are a pet peeve of mine.
I'm pretty good with all the instruments, though I'm best with the drums.
Feel free to send me a friend request on an invite to a game. If you send me a game invite and I don't respond, it's probably for one of 3 reasons: 1) I'm in the middle of improving my solo scores, 2) I'm playing with people in my living room, or 3) One of my roommates is using my Xbox. |

Out of curiosity/if you don't mind me asking, what's your proposed cut for charting songs for the Rock Band Network? I've largely been talking to local/smaller bands so I've never really defined one, but there's a few major groups I'm really tempted to contact and I imagine they'll want something concrete to start with at least.
(of course they actually won't reply at all either way because that's the way this goes but i can try!) |

Sucks about Bananaphone, it definitely would have sold.
Any chance for Dropkick Murphys? Sure they're under Epitaph, but Epitaph is: 1. Apparently cool with rhythm games (hell, we got Bad Religion coming out on Tuesday). 2. Not one of the Big Four Labels, so they aren't that big.
And people would definitely buy more Celtic Punk, especially from a band that's popular in the Northeast US.
On the flip side of things, Great Big Sea's new album was released on their own independent label. And they're HUGE in Canada, as well as certain areas of Northeastern US. |

But seriously, if you're thinking of doing anything yourself, try to get in contact with bands as soon as possible. Maybe I just have bad luck, but I started contacting bands in late February and I'm still struggling to get anywhere with the ones that responded back. |

Actually, I rented Guitar Hero 5 for a night from family video. The pack has been deleted since the day I bought it, I just never removed it from my list here.
When the rented copy somehow worked, I swapped the discs; the original disc is going to go back to Family Video today.
Pretty odd, especially since both discs have different lag issues as well. |
